1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to locations within Kenya only. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or cancel and refund the affected order in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partner on the same day they are placed, provided the order is placed on a business day (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Delivery (Transit) Time
Once handed to our delivery partner, orders are delivered across Kenya within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday.
Delivery times may vary based on:
- Your delivery location (Nairobi and surrounding areas are typically faster than upcountry or remote locations)
- Product availability
- Courier operating schedules
- Public holidays, which may extend the estimated delivery window
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Combining processing and transit time, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 1 to 7 business days from the date it is placed. Business days are Monday to Saturday and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
These timeframes are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
5. Shipping Costs
We currently charge a flat shipping fee of KES 500 per order, regardless of order size, weight, or delivery location within Kenya.
- All prices and shipping charges are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- There is currently no minimum order value required to place an order.
- We do not currently offer free shipping above a specific order value. This may change in the future and will be reflected on this page and at checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us using the details below as soon as possible so we can investigate with our delivery partner.
